Very nice quality, very cute the fake leather is nice, no paint scratches. The heart does flip around and go out of place but that isnt a big deal. A little bit big but i do have a small neck so that makes sense, the underside is soft and doesnt cause discomfort. all in all a good product super fast shipping definitely would buy again
