The package arrived in a timely manner but one of the ten crosses arrived broken as you can see in my photos. I did not immediately open a dispute because I was busy with something else. I forgot about it and did not remember to do it until it was 2 days past my deadline to open a dispute. My 2 day mistake left the seller with zero obligation to right the wrong. I understand this. However, it is poor customer service. The seller offered to put an extra cross in my next order, however I am not a customer who throws more money away on a 2nd order with a business who has not corrected a problem with my 1st order. Furthermore, I don't appreciate being forced to spend more money before the seller will correct my 1st order. When reading other reviews, I see the seller has done this before. Some customers may be ok with it but I'm not. It is AWFUL customer service and therefore I do NOT recommend this seller. It is SAD actually because I wanted to order more from this seller. His loss.

За эту цену отличный набор! Камни красивые, хоть половина и крашеные, но качественно - по крайней мере, следов не оставляют. Брали последний набор у продавца, возможно, поэтому были нюансы в плане, что три из девяти камней розовые, и в трех сколот кончик. За надщербленные вернули деньги по спору, потому в остальном покупкой довольны. Да, для кого вдруг критично, они все немного отличаются по толщине и длине, но для нас это не имеет значения. Доставка получилась очень быстрая, в сборной посылке.
вот такие цвета пришли. соответствуют размерам в описании. не все камни натуральные. есть небольшие изъяны,но в целом нормально. покупкой довольна

die Beschreibung ist gut, aber die Verarbeitung der Steine ist sehr grob - die Steine sind nicht richtig glatt bzw poliert, an der Kanten gibt es absplitterungen. und bei der zufälligen Mix kann man anscheinend nicht die schönsten Farben der Steine bekommen.
